Meet the Team

Hi, my name is Jacob, and I am the third-generation owner of Marr’s Heating. I started working in the family business when I was 10 years old, doing small things like sorting screws and sweeping the floors. Over the years I have had the opportunity to work in every department which gives me a unique perspective as the current owner. When I’m not working, I enjoy riding dirt bikes up in the mountains and sitting by a warm fire with my wife.

Hi, my name is Brandon, I am originally from British Columbia, but live in Bellingham as a dual citizen. From a young age I have been obsessed with motorcycles, bikes, and mechanics. During the winter you can find me up at Mt. Baker or flying to warmer climates. My current goal is to visit Italy and gain 10lbs from wine and pasta. I am deeply proud to work at Marr’s Heating as the best HVAC professionals in the NW. I find a lot of joy in solving complicated problems in town.

Hi, my name is Harwin, I was born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela. I came to the United States in 2001, and quickly fell in love with Washington State. I enjoy working in HVAC Service because it allows me to take care of our customers’ needs. Whether it is simple or complex issues, I find sincere personal fulfillment in knowing that I can be of help. Outside of work, I spend my time with my friends and family. I have fun working out, practicing combat sports, or cruising the country roads in my 1970 Chevelle. I also enjoy eating an entire family size pizza while watching action movies or documentaries about WWII.

Hi, my name is Brendan and I love riding dirt bikes. Outside of work I like to tinker on things-cars, dirt bikes, RC cars, and other small gadgets. I'm a big fan of puzzles, classical music, and I have a Pitbull named Ozzy.

Hi, my name is TJ, and I’m a long-time resident of Whatcom County. Before joining Marr’s, I spent six years working in the automotive industry. Outside of work, I enjoy trying new restaurants and breweries, playing video games, watching movies, gardening, and spending time outdoors. I’m also an avid car enthusiast and will gladly take a long scenic drive on any mountain road. My wife and I share our home with our two dogs, Charlie and Zoey.

Hi, my name is Kyle, I grew up in Lynden and still reside there today. I have been a team member at Marr’s since 2015. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family and playing board games with friends. I like to collect antiques and going for walks with my wife and goofy dog Canelo.

Hi, my name is Caleb, I was born and raised in Bellingham. I really enjoy meeting and helping out the community as well as the surrounding area of Whatcom/ Skagit County. If I’m not working you can find me hiking, mountain biking, skiing or playing pickleball. Working at Marrs feels like working with family. We all learn from one another, help each other and keep positivity flowing throughout the workplace.

Hi, my name is Tony, I have two kids and have been married for 12 years now. After work if the weather is nice, I like to fish with my family or watch my kids play sports.

Hi, my name is Matt, and I am an avid fisherman, adequate husband and new father of one beautiful little girl. I’ve been with Marrs for almost 10 years and plan on being here for many more. I look forward to meeting you and addressing your HVAC needs.

Hi, my name is Jordan and I enjoy riding dirt bikes and fishing. I have a dog named Oak that loves to play tug of war. I’ve been in the HVAC industry for two years now and my favorite part is meeting our customers’ friendly pets.

Hi, my name is Joel and I have been at Marr’s for 6 years. I enjoy hiking, woodworking, and farm life with my wife and 3 kids. I love that my job allows me to solve technical problems on electromechanical equipment.

Hi, my name is Andrew and I enjoy the outdoors with my wife Rachel and our dogs. I like hiking, camping, fishing, paddling etc. I keep busy outside of work with my 10-acre hobby farm.

Hi, my name is Jaron, when I’m not at work you can find me fishing. I’m happily married, am a father to two beautiful daughters and enjoy spending time with my family when I’m not at work.

Hi, my name is Bob and I enjoy watching old western movies and RV camping with my wife Robin. My favorite place to visit is Orcas Island where my daughter and granddaughter live. To relax I like to read the Sunday newspaper with a hot coffee in hand.

Hi, my name is Josh, I love building things, cooking, and fishing. My favorite movies are Stepbrothers and Nacho Libre. I also love to go hiking and hang out with my friends when I’m not working.

Hi, my name is Deric, I’m a relative to the Marr family and am one of the evening warehouse team members. I’m blessed with no kids and my longtime girlfriend Nicole, whom I share hobbies with. We enjoy maintaining and driving our little collection of classic vehicles together and traveling when we can, often in one of our old cars!

Hi, my name is Jarin, I grew up in Acme and enjoy living out in the county. Outside of work I like spending time with my girlfriend, going on road trips to eastern Washington, and sitting in front of a warm fire.

Hi, my name is Wendy, I was born and raised in Bellingham. I have been with Marr’s heating for 6 years. I’m a busy mom who enjoys spending time golfing, walking the local trails, cooking, game nights with my kids, and just spending time with my family and friends.

Hi, my name is Sheila, I have been an employee at Marr’s Heating for the last 19 years. I love working in the HVAC industry because I get to help people. My favorite movie is Harry Potter, and my favorite food is pizza.

Hi, my name is Heidi, and I am a lifelong resident of Whatcom County- currently residing in Lynden WA. I manage the service technician's schedules, making sure our customers are taken care of and everything flows smoothly. Outside of the office I enjoy camping and doing DIY projects around my home.

Hi, my name is Hunter, and I am new to HVAC world. When I’m not working you can find me mountain biking or on a basketball court. I am originally from Wisconsin and moved to Bellingham in March of 2022. My favorite foods are tacos and chicken wings!

Hi, my name is Camille, I have lived in Whatcom County most of my life! I enjoy working in the HVAC industry because there is something new going on every day. Outside of work I like hiking, camping, and photography. Even if it’s raining, I’ll still go for a hike! I am married with two, about to be 3 young children!

Hi, my name is Alyssa, I grew up in Utah and moved to Washington 8 years ago. I love my position here at Marr’s Heating because I get to capture all the hard work our team does. When I am not at work I enjoy traveling, playing piano, and spending time with friends and family.

Hi, my name is Andy, I am the Installation Supervisor here at Marr’s Heating. My job is to manage all the installations on a given day to ensure all is going smoothly. I am a very detail oriented person with years as a former technician. Outside of work, you can find me taking my daughter to hockey practice in town if I am lucky or possibly driving to nearby cities for ice time. I love watching sports and still occasionally play Paintball.

Hi, my name is Kyle, I enjoy the outdoors. I like camping, fishing, hunting, sprint care racing, and riding dirt bikes. When I’m not at work I spend time with my friends and family. I love watching my two boys Mason and Remi grow and learn new things.

Hi, my name is Chris, I moved to Bellingham a little over 3 years ago and have been enjoying this beautiful city with my fiancé and 2 children. I enjoy my work and have a passion for producing high quality installs.

Hi, my name is Brady, I was born in Idaho, but grew up in Washington. I am a semi-new installer at Marr’s and enjoy working in the HVAC industry. Outside of work I enjoy working on my truck and going to the gym.

Hi, my name is Jacob, I am a Whatcom County local. I grew up racing sprint cars and currently race Marr’s Rover at the Deming speedway each fall. I have been an installer at Marr’s for the last 7 years and enjoy delivering high quality work to our customers. My strength as an installer is attention to detail!

Hi, my name is Wyatt, I grew up in Bellingham and have been an installer at Marr’s for the last 4 years. In my off time, I like relaxing with friends and family, playing video games and never shy away from an opportunity to do something new.

Hi, my name is Wayne, I have been an employee at Marr’s Heating for the last 33 years. Outside of work I enjoy riding my Harley and spending time with my dog. I love a good campfire and some good music.
