Though we may be able to get parts for other manufacturers, these brands are the equipment that we have ready and available access to for parts supply. Other brands may require more research and time to locate and source. We will email you a confirmation of a parts request with an estimated date of when we would be getting back to you with pricing and availability. Please allow 2-5 business days for us to be able to track down more obscure parts, or parts from older equipment.
Return Policy: If you would like to purchase a part through us, please note that refunds and restocking of these parts may not be possible. Factory ordered parts typically have a stringent no return policy and therefore we must also relay that message to our direct customers. If we can take your part for return, a flat rate restock fee of $15.00 will apply for most parts. Some manufacturers have a higher restock rate which we would inform you of upon the return of said parts. Parts must be new, unused and in original packaging for us to take them back for a possible return. Returns are not possible unless within 10 business days from the date of original sale. Marr's Heating and Air Conditioning is not responsible for parts that do not work due to diagnostics that have not been performed by a Marr's Heating and Air Conditioning technician.
