We’re so glad that you’ve set up an appointment with us. Whether you are getting ready for a repair or a routine maintenance we have some tips that will help your appointment to go as smoothly as possible.

  • Let Fireplaces Cool Down
If the equipment is a gas stove or fireplace allow the unit to cool down before the technician arrives.  For safety reasons, the technician is not able to work on fireplaces & stoves that are too high in temperature.
  • Clear Work Area
If necessary, please clear a space around your equipment so that the technician can do his job as best as he can and so you can avoid difficult access fees.
  • Know the appliance
Please have the manual near the unit.  The manual is always helpful and often necessary.  It is also helpful to give the office your filter size before the appointment so that our technicians can come prepared.  Check your confirmation e-mail & let us know if anything varies from your expectations.
  • Prepare your payment
Our technicians will collect payment on the job site.  Please have cash, a check, or a credit card number at hand.
  • Signature/ Authorization
Our technicians will ask you to sign paperwork to ensure that we perform the service you’d like us to and to ensure that we aren’t performing any repairs without your consent.
