We met with Ken to discuss hi-efficiency furnace options to upgrade our 70’s home. He helped us bridge the understanding between a basic condensing furnace model to a multistage and ultimately a variable speed system that will enable operating the 2 floors of the home as separate heating zones. Marr’s expertise went beyond helping to replace an aging furnace into assisting our new energy efficient design for this home’s future. They met install date commitments and Jacob worked with us to discuss venting and installation options. Every detail was covered and we have been absolutely pleased with their honesty, integrity, workmanship, and expertise. We will continue to use Marr’s as we make future AC upgrades to our home.
